Brand-new, well decorated unit with good wifi, and DELIGHTFULLY HELPFUL staff. Exceptionally nice setting, right by a boulevard which causes a lot of noises during the night from speeding cars.

I had always wanted to visit the TEA Tenerife Espacio de las Artes, so I chose Casa Kilig for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access provided. It allowed me to easily plan my visits to the nearby landmarks. Additionally, Casa Kilig's shared lounge, garden, and views of the garden created a serene atmosphere, which I greatly enjoyed during my stay.
Noisy traffic outside.

One morning, while enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, I couldn't help but notice the stunning location. It felt like I was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by the vibrant energy of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. As I sipped my coffee, I marveled at the perfect blend of convenience and charm that this location offered. It was like being in the center of a whirlwind, with all the excitement just a stone's throw away!
Minor issue: Noisy surroundings.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One thing that stood out to me was their attention to detail. For example, when I accidentally left my jacket in the closet, they arranged for it to be shipped to another island and I received it in a timely manner. This level of service truly made our stay special.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was superb and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

The B&B is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. The beds are modern and comfortable. The staff, especially Estefania, provided a warm welcome and efficient check-in. The room was spacious with a high ceiling and lovely window bays. The shared bathroom was large and well-maintained. The kitchen had all necessary amenities and the breakfast was satisfactory. The courtyard was a pleasant area to relax in.
Almost perfect.
